The former
Secretary for social services, Iddo Ubediguand Hon Anyolitho Raphael were on
Wednesday (September, 4, 2013) sworn in as the Vice chairman and the Secretary
for Social Service respectively.
Ubedigu replaces
Lawrence Kissa Ojok, a district councilor representing Kucwiny sub-county who
was axed in mini-reshuffle announced last week.
Robert Okumu, the
LCV Chairperson appointed Anyolitho as the Secretary for Social Services,
replacing Ubedigiu.
The swearing in
ceremony was presided over by Immaculate Nyamwenge, the Nebbi Grade One
Magistrate Court.
Nyamwenge urged
them to honor the oaths they have taken as they take on the new assignment.
She also advised
them to ensure that fight poverty and the criminal acts, which she described as
being at its peak in the district.
Robert Okumu, the
LCV Chairperson warned the executive against absenteeism and encouraged the
members to be office full time as the law provides.
